Abstract

Sekolah efektif adalah hubungan yang kuat antara apa yang telah dirumuskan untuk
dikerjakan dengan hasil-hasil yang dicapai oleh sekolah, sebaliknya sekolah dikatakan
tidak efektif bila hubungan tersebut rendah, Manajemen berbasis sekolah merupakan
proses pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan seluruh sumber daya sekolah yang dilakukan
melalui tindakan yang rasional dan sistematik (mencakup perencanaan,
pengorganisasian, pengerahan tindakan, dan pengendalian) untuk mencapai tujuan
sekolah secara efektif dan efisien, sekolah efektif dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah
tersebut di teliti dengan salah satu sekolah dasar yaitu SDIT Andalusia Parepare, agar
mengetahui sekolah efektif dalam perspektif manajemen, konsep sekolah efektif, dan
ciri-ciri sekolah efektif menurut SDIT Andalusia Parepare.
