PERAN GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM MENGATASI KECENDERUNGAN PERILAKU AGRESIF PESERTA DIDIK DI SMK NEGERI 1 MENGGALA
Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus, pada semester ganjil
tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Subjek dan objek dalam penelitian ini
adalah kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling dan siswa.
Insrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara,
observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa
(1) Perilaku agresif yang ditunjukkan peserta didik adalah biasanya
dalam bentuk perilaku agresif verbal dan fisik. Penyebab dari
perilaku agresif peserta sebagian besar karena karakter peserta
didik yang keras dan cenderung mengangap bahwa perilaku yang
mereka lakukan adalah sebuah kewajaran (2) peran guru
Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam mengatasi kecenderungan
perilaku agresif peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Menggala melalui
pelayanan individu dan kunjungan rumah secara incidental.
