PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN PRAKTEK KERJA OTOMOTIF DAN PRESTASI PRAKTEK KERJA INDUSTRI TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA KELAS XI TEKNIK KENDARAAN RINGAN OTOMOTIF SMKN RAWAJITU TIMUR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Prestasi Praktek Kerja
Otomotif Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh
Prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha dan (3) untuk
mengetahui pengaruh Prestasi Praktek Kerja Otomotif dan Prestasi Praktek
Kerja Industri secara bersama-sama terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa kelas
XI TKRO SMKN Rawajitu Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
Siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif SMKN
Rawajitu Timur.Ajaran 2022/2023 sejumlah 84 siswa. Sampel penelitian
berdasarkan Nomogram Harry King, diambil 129 x 68% = 84 siswa dan 40
siswa untuk uji coba instrumen. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Expost
Facto, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem acak
(Random Sampling). Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel, yaitu Prestasi
Praktek Kerja Kerja Otomotif dan Prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri sebagai
variabel bebas serta Minat Berwirausaha sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket untuk memperoleh data
Prestasi Praktek Kerja Otomotif dan Minat Berwirausaha, teknik dokumentasi
digunakan untuk memperoleh data Prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri. Untuk
mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, maka instrumen diujicobakan
terlebih dahulu. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian digunakan teknik korelasi
parsial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi parsial diperoleh (1) Prestasi Praktek
Kerja Otomotif berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. (2) Prestasi
Praktek Kerja Industri berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Berwirausaha dan
analisis Regresi Ganda (3) Prestasi Praktek Kerja Otomotif dan Prestasi Praktek
Kerja Industri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat
Berwirausaha Siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan
Otomotif SMKN Rawajitu Timur.Ajaran 2022/2023. Kesimpulan dalam
penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi Kemampuan Praktek Kerja Otomotif dan
Prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri, maka semakin tinggi pula Minat Berwirausaha.
Demikian pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah Prestasi Praktek Kerja Otomotif dan
Prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri, maka semakin rendah pula Minat Berwirausaha
